I found this really nice pate recipe online but it just didn't have enough flavor so after a little this and that..well alot..it came out really delicious and makes the best sandwich with veganaise, some red pepper, thinly sliced red onion, and leaf lettuce. YUM! One of my faves.

These muffins are true muffins not cake, lower in sugar and oil than most. Something you can be proud to send out the door with your family. At Market Organics we primarily use Spelt flour in our baking. It is easier to digest than wheat and a lot of people with wheat allergies(excluding gluten allergies as spelt contains gluten) can usually enjoy spelt without a problem. This is a bigger batch of muffins but it keeps well in the fridge for a week, so you can enjoy warm yummy muffins all week long.
